Still in this topic, why the kitas processing again? because, as we know that this visa have many function, and one of that is for dependant purpose. What the meaning of dependent? okay, the dependant is someone who have a family relation with the main applicant or visa holder like wife, son, or daughter. And than dependant kitas devided be 2 (two) kind of dependant, first is a family member of foreign worker. Secondly, is a family member of Indonesian citizen. Both of this kitas have a same visa index 317.

If you are a worker family automatically your kitas validity will be same as him/her kitas. But if you are the Indonesian family you can grant 1 (one) year stay permit from your first entry in Indonesia. And you have chance to change the temporary visa to resident permit after 3 years stay continuously in Indonesia. And maybe you can apply to be Indonesia Citizen if you have stay minimum 10 years here.

Well, as usually, I will start with the Kitas requirements as follow :

A.  Kitas for foreign worker family :
From the main applicant / visa holder
1. Copy of the passport photo and the latest kitas stamp page
2. Copy of the working permit / imta

From the dependant
1. Copy of the passport photo page
2. Copy of Married certificate, if wife
3. Copy of Birth certificate, if child
4. Copy of Family card

B. Kitas for Indonesian Citizen family :
1. Copy of the passport photo page
2. Copy of ID card / KTP
3. Copy of Birth certificate
4. Copy of Married certificate
5. Copy of Family card
6. Copy of Indonesian citizenship certificate

From the dependant
1. Copy of the passport photo page
2. Copy of Married certificate, if wife
3. Copy of Birth certificate, if child
4. Copy of Family card

This is the permit that we should process :
1. Telex Visa : Issueing visa recommendation**
2. Kitas : Limited stay and reentry permit
3. STM : Local police report
4. SKTT : Domicile letter from civil registeration office
**do not need if you are an active Kitas holder who will extend your kitas

The logistic fee if you are using Djava Travel service is IDR 7.500.000,- but the price will increase if you come from the sensitive country.

Processing time for this Kitas is around 3 weeks to 1 month.

Kitas - Limited Stay Permit

KITAS

Kitas (Indonesian) as known as Itas or Visa 312 or Limited stay visa, there are a lot of questions about this type of Indonesian visa. Not only from foreigners but also from the Indonesian people / company that will take a part as the guarantor for their foreign worker. Along with the increase of business, trading, industry and investment in Indonesia, so many companies need the foreign workers who have a high qualification to help improving the quality of the company. And Indonesian government is so welcome with this situation, therefore they support what the company needed with the regulation that more easier than before. The goverment build and developing an online foreign worker application system to help us, with this system the company can monitoring their application without attending the appointment with the Manpower Officer.

With this visa the foreigners can stay in a longer time that the business visa or the other visitor visa. You can stay for 1 (one) year with this visa and also have a multiple entries visa, and can be extended maximum 5 (five) years from your first entry. Even if you are the share holder and registered as a director of commissioner in corporation certificate issued by notary public, you can submitt a permanent resident visa to the immigration office after you stay minimum 3 (three) years.  

For your information this Kitas not only available for working purpose but also for the research, study, or dependant family. 

And herewith I would like to inform the general Kitas requirements as follows :

NOTE : All of the requirements must be in colour version

A. Requirements for KITAS / Work Visa application :

For sponsoring company/institution :

1. Copy of the corporation certificate issued by notary public

2. Copy of the approval letter from the departement of justice and human right for the  corporation certificate

3. Copy of the company registeration (TDP)

4. Copy of the business license (SIUP)

5. Copy of taxpayer card (NPWP)

6. Copy of corporate bank account (last 3 months)

7. Copy of ID card from Indonesian director / commissioner

8. Copy of company domicile certificate, if you have more than 1 location please attached

9. Copy to employment report from Local Manpower Office (Laporan UU No. 7)

10. Copy of ID card the Indonesian worker with 2 photograph in the red background size 2x3cm 

11. Copy of national health care and national worker's care (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan) certificate 

12. Copy of company structure Organization

13. Information of username and password of online manpower account, if any

14. Information about destination of the intended Indonesian's embassy for telex visa

15. Company Letterhead 20 (sheets) with the original company stamp on the bottom of the letter

16. Information of position applied and years of service of the foreign workers

17. Copy of the working and stay permit of the existing foreign workers who are working in the company

 

For prospective Foreign Workers:

1. Copy of Applicant's passport photo and identity page with minimum validity > 24 months

2. Copy of last education certificate/diploma (minimum bachelor degree)

3. Copy of valid health/life insurance of the applicant

4. Copy of Curriculum Vitae/Resume 

5. Copy of Work Reference (evidence of work experience at least the last 5 years)

6. Photograph of the applicant with red background size 2X3cm, 4X6cm, respectively 8sheet

7. Age of the applicant must be over 25 and under 50 years old

8. Copy of personal account evidence with minimum balance USD 1.500 (last 3 months)

The stay and working permit that must be processed are : 

1. RPTKA: Company's expatriate's usage planning  issued by Manpower Ministry

2. Pra Imta / Billing Code : A recommendation from Manpower Ministry for using foreign worker compensation fee payment **

3. VBS / Telex: Visa Confirmation issued by the Directorate General Immigration

4. IMTA: Work Permit issued by the Manpower Ministry **

5. KITAS & Exit Permit : Stay and exit reentry permit issued by the local immigration where the applicant is residing. Sample of this document as bellow :

6. STM: Police Report issued by local police

7. SKTT: Residency Statement issued by the local civil registry and sub-district authorities

** for the worker only, yo do not need to processing this document if you are the dependant of the worker.

Payment terms if you using our service :

1.      50% down payment when the the first document (RPTKA) is issued 

2.      50% when the visa confirmation is issued

Time of processing estimation:

From the RPTKA to VBS/Telex may takes around 1 month, if there is no problem during the process. And need 2 months to finishing all of the document needed.
